These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tc1971 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tc1971 website located at https://tc1971.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features (collectively, the "Services").

Each person may hold only one registered account on the tc1971 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tc1971 reserves the right to void all winnings and close all accounts associated with that individual.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. tc1971 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

When registering a tc1971 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. tc1971 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information held on your account.

Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing a withdrawal, or at any point tc1971 deems necessary, you may be required to submit identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction.

Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. tc1971 may also close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Any remaining balance in a closed account (subject to verification) will be returned to the registered payment method where applicable.

Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. tc1971 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts following a 30-day notice period. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

All financial transactions on the tc1971 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tc1971 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or third-party payment sources that are not registered to the account holder.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. tc1971 reserves the right to request full identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals made to accounts that have received a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before funds are releasable.

1. Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
2. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to verification completion.
3. tc1971 does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4. Players may not deposit funds for the purpose of transferring them to another person or account.
5. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified account holder may be returned and the associated transaction voided.
6. tc1971 reserves the right to restrict or reverse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or any other method designed to circumvent the intention of the promotion will have their bonus voided, related winnings forfeited, and their account suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless explicitly converted through the stated wagering requirements, and may not be used as collateral or traded in any manner.

All bets placed on the tc1971 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tc1971 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

tc1971's total aggregate liability to any single player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
